Building a Community Together here in Red Beach & The Hibiscus Coast
I created Soul Sisters Studio so we could connect & support Mums through our Prenatal Yoga classes & Mothers Group, Hypnobirthing Workshops & social events. A place for women to come together and share the experience of bumps, bubs & beyond.
Soul Sisters Studios is more than a yoga studio, its where you go when you want the best advice and you want a soul sister to connect with.
I've been practicing yoga & teaching for over 12 years, I specialize in working with women. I'm really proud to be accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, to help women during pregnancy & postnatal recovery. I've been very lucky to work all over the world and now have a studio on the Hibiscus Coast and travel to deliver workshops in Australia, New Zealand & across Europe.
Our studio focuses on building a community with soul, we laugh our way through classes and leave feeling better than we arrived. Come join our classes & workshops today, it's where life long friends are made!
