This course is perfect for anyone who will be 20 - 35 weeks at the start of the first session. These sessions are informal and friendly, we won’t be throwing around forceps or other scary medical toys and we won’t be trying to scare you with horror stories. The purpose of the course is to educate you around the science of birth. All of my courses are full of logical and ration techniques, tips and knowledge for the most positive birth experience for you. You will ditch the nerves and feel confident about a great birth. We believe that One Size does NOT fit all when it comes to birth, and they will help you understand yourself and offer you comfort techniques and skills for birth to suit you as an individual. Your course includes… - Discussion with your teacher before the course starts to get to know each other and to discuss your individual experiences and needs; - 3 sessions to allow you to enjoy the Hypnobirthing Antenatal birth education course -Your Hypnobirthing handbook, - MP3 hypnosis tracks - Extra Downloads & Postpartum guide, birth plan, birth partners role & responsibilities, Labour stages guide, birth toolkit what to do when. - FB local mums group - All new bookings will receive exclusive invite to OUR MOTHERS GROUP to continue your journey into motherhood with the most amazing Mum's. The course covers: - The process of birth & what happens during labour, right from the first sign of labour, all the way up to birthing your placenta - What to expect during labour, including the science behind birth - How to manage contractions and pain using hypnobirthing techniques to help you stay calm and focused - Additional coping methods such as massage, acupressure, birth positions, movement techniques, and many more including a guide of what to do when. - I will help to fully equip your birth partner with all the tools that they need to be able to fully support you and be a part of the birth - Manage if intervention comes your way to still make this a positive birth experience - Navigating the maternity system and make decisions that are right for you & your baby And Lots and lots more!!!!
