Terms and Conditions
All Soul Sisters Onsite Classes and Recreational Classes may be referred to as ‘Class’ or ‘Classes’ in the following Terms and Conditions.
1. REGISTRATION / ENROLLMENT & FEES
1.1 Enrolling in a Soul Sisters Class secures a booking for the whole term. Enrollments are carried over each term, reserving a student’s spot. Notice of withdrawal must be given if a student is not returning to classes for any subsequent terms or full fees will be charged for that term.
1.2 Fees are on a per term basis and payment is expected by the date due as shown on the invoice.
1.3 Fees will be on a pro rata basis only under the following circumstances; 1.3.1 A student starts part way through a term
1.3.1 A student leaves a school hour class due to starting school
1.3.1 A student moves away.
1.4 Late payment constitutes default under this agreement and Soul Sisters may withdraw students from classes at their discretion. Additional administration fees and collection costs may be charged to overdue accounts.
1.5 Our timetable is subject to change at any time. All public holidays are observed. Soul Sisters Classes run during term time and coincide with the New Zealand primary school term which generally consists of around ten weeks.
1.6 Fees: Soul Sisters fees are subject to change at any time and are reviewed annually. At least 2 months’ notice will be given prior to any fee change. Fees include GST.
1.7 Refunds: No refunds will be given for missed sessions or early withdrawal from classes during the term. Parents / Guardians are responsible for attendance. No discount or make up lesson will be offered in the case of a student missing a class. In the case of a teacher being unwell or unable to teach a class, every effort will be made to find a replacement. If no replacement can be found, a make-up lesson will be offered where possible. If neither of these options is possible, a credit towards the following term for that missed class will be offered.
2. STUDENT HEALTH & SAFETY
2.1 You consent to your child participating in classes run by Soul Sisters.
2.2 To ensure a student’s wellbeing during classes with Soul Sisters, medical information must be supplied in the case of any physical, learning or mental disability.
2.3 Physical contact with students may occasionally be necessary by instructors while teaching them correct body placement. Any concerns should be discussed with Soul Sisters Ltd prior to class commencement.
2.4 In the event of an emergency, where a parent / guardian is not present, your child is still under the care of your Centre and as such Soul Sisters will adhere to the Centre’s guidelines.

2.5 In the rare event your child becomes destructive, a danger to themselves or others your Centre may make the decision to remove them from the session. In this event as per clause 1.7 no refunds will be given.
3. PRIVACY & MEDIA RELEASE
3.1 Occasionally Soul Sisters Studios Ltd may record your child’s image via video or still camera. This agreement allows Soul Sisters Studios Ltd to use those images for promotional or training purposes. Any concerns should be raised at the time of enrollment and objections should be made in writing.
3.2 Personal details supplied at the time of enrollment will not be shared to any third party without your written consent, except when payments are overdue and a third party may be brought in to seek payment as per clause 1.4 end entry
4. COVID POLICY: all classes will resume online in case of a covid breakout or government guidelines dictate or we deem necessary, classes in the studio will be removed from the timetable and resumed online. This applies to all classes, your classes will be held on Zoom or YouTube or another platform to be introduced by your teacher. Classes will go ahead as normal just on our online platform of our choosing. In the current climate, and lock-downs unpredictable the fairest way to resume classes and keep trading is move to our online platform where necessary. Soul Sisters studios will follow government guidelines but also where WE deem necessary will envoke our covid policy and announce online classes if we think appropriate. No refunds will be given or make up classes offered our classes will just resume online.
By making payment you are agreeing that you have read and understand the terms & conditions set out in this document and will adhere to the information provided.
