West Auckland: If you are out west we have you covered in our Massey location, no need to travel far we are excited about seeing you all out west!
Auckland North Shore: If you’re based up on the Shore, our North Shore Birkenhead venue provides a serene setting for you to relax and absorb all the essential information.
North Auckland: For those in the North, our Silverdale location is just the spot for a friendly, community-focused antenatal class.

Course Overview
Time: 9:30am to around 3:00pm

Part 1: Labour & Birth - What to Expect
Part 2: How to Navigate the Maternity System

Lunch Break: Please bring your own lunch or take advantage of the nearby shops.

Part 3: Postpartum Planning & Your Recovery
Part 4: All About Your Newborn Baby

Please note: Your session may finish earlier or slightly later depending on questions and information requirements from the group.

Parking

Ponsonby: Please park on the road

Point Chevalier: Please park on the street

Massey: Parking available in the car park provided

Birkenhead or Silveradale: There is plenty of parking available in the car park.

What to Bring

I provide drinks and a light snack, but if you require anything more or have specific dietary requirements, please bring your own food.

Our Approach

I'm so excited to be working with you! The Antenatal Classes are really relaxed. We'll grab a snack & a drink and go through all the course material together, ensuring you feel supported and informed every step of the way. Don't worry at the end of class you will also get access a chance access our online learners portal. This is packed FULL of video's and workbook's & cheat sheets to revisit anything you missed on the day!
