At Pregnancy Bliss Retreat, we blend the serenity of a retreat with the benefits of pregnancy yoga to offer you a unique experience. Led by expert instructors, our program ensures that you not only stay active and connected with your baby but also indulge in self-care and relaxation throughout your pregnancy. What to Expect: Week-By-Week Retreat: Each week is a new adventure, with specially curated yoga sessions and retreat activities to soothe your body and soul. The classes offer a gentle way to exercise, a low impact workout without stress or strain on the body. We use gentle exercises and relaxation techniques to help make you feel good about yourselves and prepare for birth. And while its a great way to get some me-time, its also a lovely opportunity to meet other women as we are big on building our community. Every class will receive a mother group invite to continue your support & encourage friendships well after classes end.
