That’s exactly what Pregnancy Yoga with me is all about.  I have spent years training women for a easier positive birth experience, and i will share my proven program with you in these classes.  I help you train your body for a easier positive birth with my signature pregnancy yoga program. 

With over 16 years’ experience as a birth educator and pregnancy yoga teacher (accredited by the Royal College of Midwives), I’ll guide you through gentle, safe yoga practices designed specifically for your changing body. These classes aren’t about “fitness” — they’re about comfort, confidence, and calm.
