Are you feeling anxious, exhausted, suffering a sore back and hips?
These classes will help you feel healthier and free from pregnancy aches & pains. Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed to build strength & stamina and prepare for birth.
Never done yoga before? No problem most of our mums have never attended a yoga class until pregnancy. These classes are relaxed, friendly and fun. All classes are taught by experienced qualified instructors & are accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.

PREGNANCY YOGA
Participating in a Soul Sisters class is one of the best things you can do whilst pregnant or even if you have already had a baby. The classes offer a gentle way to exercise, a low impact workout without stress or strain on the body. We use gentle exercises and relaxation techniques to help make you feel good about yourselves and prepare for birth or help you recover. And while its a great way to get some me-time, its also a the perfect opportunity to meet other soul sisters who are pregnant.

Classes are $30 a class or discount block bookings for:
4 weeks $90
Our Pregnancy Yoga studio location is on The Hibiscus Coast
We also offer a @Home Program if you can't make one of our studio classes and want to access our classes online.
