This course is perfect for anyone who will be 15 - 35 weeks at the start of the first session. These sessions are informal and friendly, we won’t be throwing around forceps or other scary medical toys and we won’t be trying to scare you with horror stories. You will ditch the nerves and feel confident about a great birth. We believe that One Size does NOT fit all when it comes to birth, and they will help you understand yourself and offer you tools & techniques to help manage pain and help you have a positive birth experience.
